Ed brings 20 years of software and finance experience to Ensenta, including 8 years' experience with credit unions and financial services. Ed led a complete financial restructuring for one of California's largest privately-held companies. He was CFO for several successful Silicon Valley and Bay Area software companies. Ed is recognized as an industry leader in Check21 deposit and Risk Management processes.

Jim brings more than fifteen years of strategic retail executive banking experience to Ensenta. As a Senior Vice President for a large financial institution, he had global responsibility for all sales and incentive programs. Jim created the business model for our retail convenience store channel.

As a principal in his own consulting firm, Rich designed mission-critical systems in financial services, including mortgage/treasury bond trading, investment performance and presentation systems, and other financial applications. Rich is Ensenta's principal software architect. He designed and led the team that built EZ Admin, our web-based back office and risk assessment platform.
